Mission Up supports the construction of another school (primary/elementary) with a church in Uganda in Kakiri Town.
The project is located about 1 hour away north west of Kampala, the capital of Uganda. A new school building for a total of 150-200 children is to be created here. The school is designed to serve especially needy children who come from low-income families through low tuition fees. 25% of students who would not have access to education under normal circumstances are to be 100% sponsored here.
This project is implemented by the Hope of Glory Church in the same town. In cooperation with the church, the area of “Kids Ministry” (children’s services and afternoons) is also to be expanded. An area of work that is particularly close to Mission Up’s heart.
In the school with an attached church, children can be offered hope, a joyful environment, and good fellowship with God. Things that are not always taken for granted in everyday life in Uganda.
