Open doors at schools in the Luuka region

With our outreach team, we are able to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ in many schools in the Luuka region. Our field coordinator guides us through sometimes rough terrain to the schools in the villages.

Many students eagerly await what we have to say. We encourage them, talk about life goals, and at the same time warn them about premature pregnancies that can jeopardize their graduation. In doing so, we point to God’s good plan for marriage, family, and personal future.

Everywhere we go, we receive a warm welcome and are able to hand out small gifts such as netballs and soccer balls—which always bring great joy. Here, too, people sing, dance, praise God, and proclaim the love of Jesus.

Working in schools is physically demanding, but at the same time full of joy and blessings.
