Mission UP wants to enable children from disadvantaged and very poor family backgrounds, who have no access to education, to attend school and to show them the love of Jesus through practical charity. Learn more about our association, our motivation and our activities in Uganda.

In cooperation with Mission Destiny, Mission UP initiates projects that contribute to improving the quality of life and perspectives of the people in Uganda. We are currently supporting six different projects in the areas of education, youth work, medical aid, pastors’ academy, evangelism team as well as vocational and handicraft training.. Mission UP: who we are
The non-profit association Mission UP e.V. was founded in Neuss (Germany) in June 2021. Our association works selflessly, does not pursue its own economic goals and is authorised to issue donation receipts (also for sponsorships).
The proper use of donations and the implementation of the projects in Uganda is regularly ensured through extended on-site assignments.
These missions are journeys that require strength, patience, a lot of prayer and especially sacrifice during this time.
Our mission statement:

We love to serve Jesus Christ. Our logo already shows this: Mission UP stands for respect, love, mutual support and joy – regardless of a person’s skin colour or background.
The association should not glorify itself or the people who work there, but God and biblical foundations should be at the heart of our activities.
The founder: Sabine Specht
How did Mission UP come into being? In very personal words, Sabine Specht talks about herself and the extraordinary events that led to the founding of the association.
She is a convinced Christian at heart and finds strength and joy for her soul in God, in prayer and by reading the Bible.
In 2021, during a trip to Uganda, God put it on her heart to support missionary work and a school in Mubende.
Mission Destiny:
a successful cooperation
Mission UP works together with the aid organisation Mission Destiny. In close consultation with our cooperation partner, we support the Mission Destiny School in Mubende/Uganda in the areas of organisation, nutrition, education, healthcare and growth.
The aid organisation Mission Destiny in Uganda was founded by the English-Ugandan Christian and evangelist Yonah Ariho, back in 2010.
Uganda:
a beautiful but poor country
Mission UP’s current projects are based in Uganda. The country in East Africa is characterised by its wonderful landscapes.
Most of the population is very poor, despite the beautiful nature and the often fertile soil.
